Great footage is planned, not lucky. Before a single frame is shot, you'll see exactly what we're making and why.

Initial Discovery & Project ScopingBook a kickoff call to gather basic production details, clear campaign objectives, budget parameters, and the core list of required deliverables.Creative Treatment & StoryboardingEstablish the visual direction, theme, tone, and key aesthetic expectations to ensure mutual approval on the overarching narrative.Production Schedule & Milestone MappingDraft a shared master timeline detailing critical pre production deadlines, actual shoot dates, and key post production review milestones for both sides.Roles & Responsibility AlignmentClarify exactly what the production team will execute versus what the client is responsible for providing (e.g., final approvals, brand assets, product samples, or talent coordination).Location, Crew & Equipment LogisticsSource, verify, and lock in the necessary crew members, equipment specs, location requirements, and any essential filming permits or technical prerequisites.Final Pre-Production Meeting (PPM)Conduct a final walk through of the call sheet, shot list, weather contingency plans, and final sign offs right before the main shoot day.
